2NE1 releases 3rd teaser for "I Am the Best"

2NE1 teases their fans even more with this extended teaser for their upcoming song "I Am the Best" (내가제일잘나가). The teaser has been extended 10 seconds and features Dara.  Park Bom's teaser will be released tomorrow with an even longer teaser.
