Happy Birthday Kim Hyun Joong!

Today is Kim Hyun Joong's birthday (yesterday in Korea). It has been five years since he debuted in SS501. As these five years wrap up, why don't we reflect on all of Hyun Joong's work?

Starting from 2005 when he and SS501 first debuted. Their first single was Warning and following that was their second single Snow Prince. To me, their song Snow Prince is a very well sung and has good choreography. Following up Snow Prince was their "Step Up Concert" in Osaka Japan, and in late 2006 their full album, S.T.01 Now.

In 2007, Ss501 debuted in the Japanese market. Soon after that Kim Hyun Joong was confirmed to be in the drama Boys over Flowers (Hana Yori Dango). SS501's comback and second mini album, Rebirth, was released in 2009. In the year of 2009, SS501 also started their first Asia tour.

Winding through the year, we come to 2010. As you all know, SS501 released their third mini album, Destination, consisting of six tracks. Their comeback track, Love Ya, was leaked on the internet and soon the track was released

Not long in the second week of May, Kim Hyun Joong got in a car accident. A week after the incident, he performed in the 2010 Dream Concert. On June 4th, SS501 had their comeback stage on Music Bank. As stated in an earlier post, Hyun Joong did splendid on his solo dance in the middle of SS501's comeback track, Love Ya.

Kim Hyun Joong has done exceptionally well during these five years. I really enjoyed Ss501's Love Ya and Love Like This track. Let's all wish Kim Hyun Joong a wonderful birthday and to keep up all the magnificent work. Saeng il chu ka ham ni da!
