Big Bang is splitting up . . . again!

Big Bang is set to make a return to Kpop, not as a group this time, but as individual artists.  YG Entertainment stated that "excluding Daesung, all of the members are currently preparing for their solo albums.  The member who completes their album first will make their comeback first."

YG seems to respect the talents of each member of Big Bang, as this is not the first time that Big Bang has worked separately (GD and TOP/Taeyang and GD have worked as a duo, Taeyang, Daesung, and Seungri have released successful solo careers).

G-Dragon has already started his activities -- he flew almost immediately to Japan to work on his solo album.  GD had started his work secretly and did not announce it publicly.  It is known if they other members have started their work or are keeping their work a secret.

But now it seems like it's time for a little friendly competition...
Totally random and equally chanced...
WHO DO YOU THINK WILL COME BACK FIRST?

Big Bang's 13 second teaser for "Love Song"

Big Bang releases "Stupid Liar" teaser

Big Bang is coming back again! They just released a 30-second teaser of their new song "Stupid Liar", which will be released with their updated Tonight album.  The teaser is a mix of rock and electronic just like the other tracks in their album.  The teaser does not reveal too much as Big Bang chants: "I'm so stupid" and "Liar".  Where are they going with this? Does anyone know?

Teen Top's Ricky is the son of Big Bang's T.O.P.?

Do you see a connection between Teen Top's  Ricky and Big Bang's T.O.P.? As in... father-son connection?  Maybe it is just because of the pictures I selected to compare them with but still.  Just something to ponder...

Big Bang to continue activities in April

Although Big Bang has already experienced great success from their newest mini-album Tonight with their wins on Inkigayo and Music Bank (ranked #1 in South Korea and ranked #3 U.S. Billboard World Music), Big Bang will continue their activities in a couple of weeks.   Their album will be their 4.5 album and will contain the 6 songs in Tonight and 4 more brand new songs that have not been named yet.

TOP's Interview on Haru Hana Japanese Magazine

“If you analyze my personality, I think I’m more like the serious type, not the bright and cheerful type. But when I read this movie’s scenario, I start to think since this story is about someone in his teens, shouldn’t he spent the time like the teens would do? Understanding the hurtful story, agony and emptiness because of war, I start to think how lucky we are to live in this time. I hope that my appearance will make the young generations interested in this film, I can share the happiness I felt with them and I also want to pass the message for them to ‘live with more passion’.”
